AL-HIKAM 31st WISDOM
The 31st Wisdom Syarah
أُخْرُجْ مِنْ أَوْصَافِ بَشَرِيَّتِكَ عَنْ كُلِّ وَصْفٍ مُنَاقِضٍ لِعُبُوْدِيَّتِكَ لِتَكُوْنَ لِنِدَاءِ الْحَقِّ مُجِيْبًا وَ مِنْ حَضْرَتِهِ قَرِيْبًا
" Come out of your human nature, that is, from all the qualities that are contrary to your servitude, so that you can respond to Allah's call and be close to His presence "
Get yourself out of your despicable human qualities, from those qualities that can destroy your servitude, so that you can carry out Allah's call and be close to His presence .
O murīd , throw away your despicable human qualities, such as 'ujub, riyā', takabbur , envy, and others as previously said, throw them away by way of riyādhah and be active in worship so that you can carry out Allah's call. If you have given up your despicable qualities, you will have the qualities of servitude, such as tawādhu', khusy', ta'zh m, and ikhlāsh in all your 'worship' deeds. When you are called by Him with a faint cry "O my servant", you answer it " labbaik ", your answer is correct because you are a true servant.
The first ones are for the light, while those who have arrived are the light for them, because they are because of God, not because of others. Say: "Allah!" Then let them (the people) frolic in error.”
The 31st wisdom is actually still strongly related to the previous wisdom. So, there are two models of servants in going to Allah.
First , servants who have been able to reach God without having to be assisted by evidence. That is, this first model of servant can arrive at God without having to be assisted by arguments that can make him come to God. He gets a gift from God without having to laboriously go to Him. The servant model like this is really very lucky.
The second is the servant model who can reach Allah through the help of arguments or media that can make him believe in Allah. He must make the existing evidence as evidence that can make it reach Allah. He couldn't come alone.
Both of these servant models, as conveyed by the previous kalam wisdom, are equally good. Because the ending will also come to God. The task of both is to continue to worship and do according to their respective capacities. Nothing to be sorry about.
The next question is, what is meant by nur tawajjuh in the words of wisdom earlier?
Nur tawajjuh is the light that can lead people who have not yet reached God so that they can quickly reach Him.
This light of tawajjud is very much needed by servants who have not yet reached God. Nur tawajjuh is what can help them.
So, in the process of worshiping God, they are still busy trying to get the light of tawajjuh that can lead them to God.
The second question, what is meant by nur al-mumukaat in the words of wisdom earlier? Nur al-mufaceat is the light produced by the servant who has reached Allah. So, this nur al-mufaceat is the result of his status that has reached Allah. The servant of this model no longer needs Nur. In fact, there is no need for anything other than Allah. He was already immersed in the pleasure of wusul to Allah. So, people who have wusul / arrived at Allah have not cared about anything other than Allah. He doesn't think about anything other than God.
Such is the essence of this 31st wisdom. Hopefully we can learn from it.
