Habib Ali al-Jufri: Who are you, how dare you judge the faith of others
Habib Ali al-Jufri: Who are you, how dare you judge the faith of others!
Habib Ali Zainal Abidin al-Jufri, or commonly known as Habib Ali al-Jufri, gave advice not to easily judge someone's faith or judge what is in the hearts of others.
"Don't be easy to judge others," he said in a video uploaded to his official Instagram account.
According to Habib Ali, people may judge something that appears from the behavior of others. For example, he does something that is clearly forbidden in religion, or does something that is highly recommended in religion. But that person cannot judge what is in the person's heart, including faith.
"We can indeed judge their behavior, this is false, this is right , this is right, this is wrong, this is unlawful, and this is lawful. But we cannot judge someone's heart, we have no right," explained Habib Ali.

Habib Ali, who is currently in Indonesia, also added that our assessment of a person's heart is part of suul adab, not having manners to Allah SWT, the Essence who created and worshiped humans.
"Judging the human heart is part of bad morals to Allah," continued this student of Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawi al-Maliki.
According to Habib who was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we will not be able to judge someone's heart forever. Including people who are judgmental about the intentions and things that are in the hearts of others.
"Who are you? How dare you judge someone else's faith or belief?” concluded Habib Ali.
