KH's message. Anwar Mansur and KH. Ali Mustafa Yaqub About Seeking Knowledge

KH's message. Anwar Mansur and KH. Ali Mustafa Yaqub About Seeking Knowledge

"Going to the Koran is the same as going to heaven". That's the advice of KH. Anwar Manshur, Caretaker of the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School in Kediri. Departing to attend the assembly of knowledge, is the same as going to heaven. How beautiful and happy. Who is the person who is not happy and happy to go to heaven? This advice is short and simple. But full of meaning. It's real.

On another occasion, KH. Ali Mustafa Yaqub (1952-2016) often advised Darus-Sunnah students and students, that we are students of knowledge until the Day of Judgment (nahnu thulab al-ilmi ila yaum al-qiyamah). Seeking knowledge is a fun activity. Attending a science assembly is a joy. Heavenly pleasures presented on earth. So if we investigate, where did the advice of these two figures come from? Is there a basis for it?

14 centuries ago, the Prophet Muhammad had advised his companions, when you pass through the gardens of paradise, then stop for a moment. Don't miss it. Only, what is the garden of paradise? Yet we are still in the world. The friends then asked. The gardens of heaven are assemblies of dhikr, replied the Prophet. This dialogue is well recorded in the hadith narrated by Imam al-Timidhi (209-279 H). It is stated in the book of Sunan al-Tirmidhi.

In another editorial, the Prophet explained that in the assembly mercy would be revealed. Filled with serenity. In fact, the angels also guarded him. Surround all participants present. The scholars, one of whom was Imam al-Nawawi (631-676 H) explained that the assembly of knowledge, halal and haram studies, and so on were also included in the dhikr assembly.

In another narration, Kanjeng Prophet Muhammad has also emphasized that whoever travels to seek knowledge, Allah will make it easy for him to find a way to heaven. This hadith is authentic. Narrated by Sayidina Abu Hurairah (57 H). It is stated in the Sahih Muslim Book. Such is the theological doctrine of Islam. Teaches the importance of attending dhikr assemblies and majlis knowledge. A heavenly garden presented on earth.
