Mahfudzot Class 2 KMI Gontor and its Meaning and Explanation (Part 11)

بِقَدْرِ مَاتَعْتَنِى تَنَالُ مَا تَتَمَنَّى

According to your efforts, you get what you want

بِقَدْرِ الْكَدِّ تُكْـتَسَبُ الْمَعَالِى# وَمَنْ طَلَبَ الْعُلىَ سَهِرَ اللَّـيَالِ

The glory will be obtained according to your efforts

Whoever desires glory, let him not sleep at night

وَمَنْ طَلَبَ الْعُلىَ مِنْ غَـيْرِ كَدٍّ # أَضَاعَ الْعُمْرَ فىِ طَلَبِ الْمُحَالِ

Whoever desires glory without effort

So he has wasted his life to get the impossible

Syarah / Explanation and Conclusion:

According to Sunnatullah, results are usually directly proportional to the effort, so whoever wants glory, let him try as hard as possible, if necessary let him sacrifice part of his night to continue his hard work and also to pray.

As for the person who wants glory without any effort, then he has been in vain waiting that will not bear fruit.
