Who is not familiar with pesantren?

Since the day of santri, the name of the pesantren is getting bigger

Even before that, pesantren in Indonesia had mushroomed without having to be promoted

You will still sleep  sloppy  on a thin mattress or on the carpet, or even on a sarong in the mosque

You will still only get a one-door wardrobe, indicating that you only need to bring enough and necessary items at the boarding school

Because at the pesantren, you learn not to show off

A holy place that teaches us the meaning of respect for the old

Can get used to us shaking hands, and smiling with friends 

Can change us to be like humans who don't find food for days, when they meet mealtimes

Get ready to be fat when you're in boarding school, get ready to be happy, get ready for tissues for the first days or weeks at the boarding school.

Get ready to be smart in managing time, smart in managing pocket money, smart in storing things

Get ready to miss your boarding school half to death

Because boarding school..

Leaving a lot of beautiful and fun things there

We gain knowledge, we gain new friends, we gain sincere and unceasing prayer

There we got to know Kiai and Bu Nyai whose sincerity is boundless

Sharing knowledge, sharing advice, sharing guidance,

So that we remain intelligent and polite servants of God

We also know Ustadz and Ustadzah

Who never tire of teaching us

There is no tired of our neighing

Never get tired of showing kindness to us

We also meet a lot of new friends

Friends share one room

Friends share laughter

Friends share knowledge

Friends share a meal

Friends share tears

Ahh.....

Really pesantren is a place that incises our extraordinary stories

Yes, you and me

For our kiai and bunyai

For our teachers and teachers
