The story of an angel who resembles the face of the Prophet's Companions
The story of an angel who resembles the companion of the prophet, Zubair bin Layman.
During the Battle of Badr, Zubair bin Awwam wore a yellow turban. It was at that time that the angel Gabriel came down to help the Muslim troops by resembling the shape of the body, clothes, and turban of Zubair bin Awwam. During the Battle of Badr, Zubair bin Awwam managed to defeat his own uncle, namely Naufal bin Khuwailid bin As'ad. At that time the uncle joined against the troops who were assisted by Zubair.
The likeness of the angel Gabriel to Zubair bin Awwam is a form of the glory of this prophet's brother-in-law. The glory he obtained cannot be separated from his persistence, courage, and loyalty to Islam.
At the time of the battle of Uhud, Zubair showed his courage. He was the one who first ignited the embers of battle against the opposing flag bearer, namely Talhah bin Abu Talhah Al-Abdari. Zubair was the most courageous horseman of Quraysh. Muslims call it Kabsyul Katibah. He came out riding a camel, then invited to a duel.
No one immediately accepted his challenge to a duel because of his bravery. Finally Zubair bin Awwam came up to him. He advanced not slowly, but immediately jumped like a lion. So that before Talhah could get down from his camel's back, Zubair bin Awwam had stabbed his sword until Talhah fell to the ground and died.
The Prophet witnessed the astonishing duel, so he immediately recited takbir which was then followed by all Muslims. He praised Zubair bin Awwam and said according to his capacity, "Verily, every prophet has a loyal following. As for my loyal follower is Zubair ".
Zubair bin Awwam is a friend of the prophet who has devoted all his wealth, soul and even body to fight for the religion of Islam. His full name was Az-Zubair bin Al-Awwam bin Khuwailid bin As'ad bin Abd Al-uzza bin Qushay bin Kilab bin Murrah bin Ka'ab bin Lu'ay bin Ghalib. He is the son of the Prophet's aunt, Shafiyyah bint Abdul Muttalib a mighty woman who managed to kill a Jew to protect women and children during the Khandaq war.
His courage, agility, and loyalty to Islam earned him glory. So many friends who have glory, it is due to the struggle, effort and hard work that he did for the glory of Islamic teachings.
Wallahu a'lam.
