Tsauban was a slave of the Prophet who was later freed. Because every day he saw the behavior and manners of the Prophet, his love for the Prophet grew stronger. Even his love exceeds his love for the Tsauban family itself.

Habib Muhammad bin Husain Anis narrates that one day Tsauban was visited by the Prophet SAW. But His Majesty the Prophet noticed that Tsauban's skin had changed, his body had become thin, his face seemed to hold a look of sadness. It is like a person who is suffering from pain.

The Prophet greeted him, "O Tsauban, what is wrong with you that made you change like that?"

“O Messenger of Allah, I am not in trouble and I am not sick or hungry. It's just that, when I don't see you, my longing is incomparably violent. The turmoil of my inner longing will not go away until I meet you. Well, I thought, yes, if in this world I can still see you, O Prophet, but if in the hereafter, maybe I can cure my longing for you, I will no longer be able to see you there."

Then Thauban gave a basic reason, “You are a prophet, I am a human being. You will surely be raised by Allah in heaven on the same level as other prophets, while I, if only I went to heaven, our heaven will not be the same. My rank will definitely be below yours. That's if I go to heaven. Otherwise, surely I will not see you forever."

Hearing Tsauban's complaints like that, the Messenger of God remained silent until then the angel Gabriel came to bring good news in the form of the following revelation:

And whoever obeys God and the Messenger, they are with those whom God has bestowed of the Prophets, the truthful ones, the witnesses and the prophets.

Meaning: "Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, then they will be with those who are given the pleasure of Allah."
