Ibn Arabi's story about his three female teachers

The famous Sufi Ibn Arabi had many teachers. It is said that there were three women who became his teachers. They are Fakhr An Nisa, Qurrah al Ain and Sayyidah Nizam. This woman is not only beautiful but smart.

About his three teachers, Ibn Arabi has his own story. Regarding Fakhr An Nisa, Ibn Arabi studied the Book of Sunan At Tirmidhi and we have other traditions. Fakhr An Nisa is referred to as a leading Sufi and an idol of the scholars, men and women of his time. While with Qurah Al Ain, Ibn Arabi recounted "When I was so engrossed in tawaf, one night, my heart was restless. I'm out right away. Suddenly, poems flowed in my brain. I then hummed it to myself in a low voice.”

Suddenly a hand that was as soft as silk touched my shoulder. I turned my head. O, a beautiful girl from Rome. I've never seen a woman this beautiful. She is so graceful. His voice sounded very good. His speech is so soft but very dense and full of meaning. His eyes are very sharp and thrilling heart. How much fun I had talking to him. His name is so famous, his mind is so subtle. “I have a very close relationship with him. I studied with him. I see her as a woman who is very rich in the knowledge of God," he said again.

It is different with Sayyidah Nizam. This woman is extraordinary. Sayyidah Nizam is usually called Ain Shams or the eye of the sun. She was the daughter of Abu Syuja', one of his Sufism teachers. And another nickname is Shaykh al Haramain (professor of the Mecca and Medina regions). About Sayyidah Nizam, Ibn Arabi expressed his admiration. "She is a woman who is diligent in worship, a woman who is diligent in fasting, modest and a great teacher in the two holy places of Mecca and Medina." Even call it the sun among scholars, gardens among writers. Regarding her figure, Ibn Arabi said, "Her face is beautiful, her language is soft, her words are like a sparkling necklace full of beauty, and her appearance is really elegant. If he spoke everyone present could be mute."

Ibn Arabi was known as a prolific writer in his time. No less than 200 books written by Ufi born, Murcia Andalusia. So phenomenal, some say that Ibn Arabi is the most fertile writer in the history of Islamic thought in the history of human thought). His most famous books include Al Futuhat al Makiyyah, "Fushush al Hikam" and Tarjuman al Asywaq. His first two books are his masterpieces. Both are known and spread all over the world to this day.
