Kinds of Dhikr to Soften the Heart

There are four dhikr:
1) Dhikr, where you remember dhikr;
2) Dhikr you are reminded through dhikr;
3) Dhikr that reminds you; and
4) Dhikr that you yourself are remembered by Allah swt (Dhikr with Allah swt).
The first is the remembrance of the common people, namely dhikr to remind forgetfulness or remind of worrying about negligence.
Second, is dhikr, where you are reminded, whether in the form of punishment, favors, taqarrub or away from Allah, and so on, or because of Allah swt.
Third, dhikr which reminds you, of the four objects, that: All goodness comes from Allah;
All evil comes from lust;
And evil comes from the enemy, even though Allah swt. who created it; and
Dhikr that you yourself remember (Allah). That is the dhikr of Allah to His servants. At this stage the servant has nothing to do with himself or anything else, even though it slides through his speech. This is the mortal position in dhikr, there is no need for dhikr or remembering (The Didhikiri) Allah, Most High and Exalted. When you enter it, dhikr becomes what is remembered (madzkur), and what is remembered (madzkur) becomes rememberer (Dzakir). This is the pinnacle of suluk. (And Allah is Good and Eternal).
You should do dhikr that can be safe from Allah's torment in this world and in the hereafter, in addition to that dhikr in order to achieve Allah's Ridlo ta'ala in this world and in the hereafter, hold on to it, and last it. That is, you do dhikr with:
"Praise be to Allah, I ask Allah's forgiveness. There is no power and strength except from Allah. Alhamdulillah, because of the blessings and goodness from Allah. Astaghfirullah, because there are factors that come from lust and from enemies, even though they actually come from God both because of creation and His will. And "Lahaula wala Quwwata illa Billah," because there are various obstacles that come to you from Allah, and what appears to you is actually from Allah swt.
Keep in mind, because the secret of the mind rarely occurs in dhikr, or in thought, or when silent and still except for one of these four things: If there is good or bad. Say: Alhamdulillah or Astaghfirullah.
But if something comes from Allah to you or from you, which is not clear whether good or bad there, while you are unable to refuse or attract, then say:
Laa Haulla walaa Quwwata Illa Billaah
Then combine the three dhikr at any time, and persist, you will find barakah, Insha Allah Ta'ala.
Knock on the door of dhikr with desire and an attitude of needing Allah through strict discipline that keeps away from the shadows and imaginations of various kinds, besides keeping the inner secret (sirr) away from the whispers of lust in all your breaths, if you want to have spiritual wealth.
There are three dimensions: Complete your tongue for dhikr, your heart for tafakkur, and your body for obeying His commands. Thus you can be classified as pious people.
When dhikr is heavy on your tongue, and conversation is more abundant there, while the lust for pleasure stretches your body, while the door of contemplation is closed in the efforts of your virtue: then know, it is only because of the magnitude of your sins, or because of the fullness of hypocrisy in your heart.
There is no other way for you except to repent, improve yourself and depend on Allah swt, and be sincere in religion. Have you not heard His words:
"Except for those who repent, practice piety and depend on Allah, and act sincerely in carrying out Allah's religion. So they are with the believers. (Qs……)”
Here Allah does not say "including the believers" Therefore think about it, if you understand. Wallahu A'lam.
